IEEPA tariffs were in effect from February 2025 through February 24, 2026, on imports from Canada, China, Mexico, and countries importing Venezuelan oil.

Were your imports subject to IEEPA Chapter 99 tariff rates?

Check your entry summaries for HTS subheadings 9903.01.25 through 9903.01.70.

Do you have ACE Portal access?

CAPE declarations are filed through the ACE Portal. Your customs broker may have access on your behalf.

What is the liquidation status of your entries?

Phase 1 covers unliquidated and recently liquidated entries (within ~80 days).

Do any of these special conditions apply to your entries?
